Following a successful meeting with the finance committee, chairman of the Volta Regional Football Association(VRFA) Daniel Agbogah has tasked the committee to ensure efficient utilisation of its resources.
The regional chairman was part of the Thursday’s meeting, the first by the committee after several postponements due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Daniel Agbogah highlighted the need for the committee to prioritize its activities.
“It is important to prioritize our activities to avoid mismanagement of funds and have value for money in our dispensations. Proper record-keeping and accountability is a benchmark of a meaningful institution”
“This will ensure good corporate image for the RFA to attract investors and sponsors so as to reposition Volta FA on the Football map of Ghana,” he said.
He further reiterated the regional fa’s executive council’s commitment to the committee towards the implementation of its objectives.
