Takoradi Technical University (TTU) defeated University of Mines and to (UMaT) to defend its Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges (UPAC) Basketball Zone 2 title.
The UPAC Zone 2 defending champions earlier earned 33-31 victory over University of Cape Coast (UCC), setting up a final game against UMaT.
UMaT proved no match for TTU who emerged 49-25 winners to earn a place in the 2020 UPAC National Championship.
Meanwhile, UCC defeated UMaT 60-29 but that could do little to the National aspirations as they lost to TTU in their second game.
The games came off at the University of Cape Coast Gymnasium.
