Having been shown the exit by Hearts of Oak, former midfielder Emmanuel Mintah has vowed never to return to the rainbow club following a disappointing stint.
Emmanuel Mintah joined Hearts of Oak from Karela United after impressing in the Normalisation Committee (NC) Special competition, but the player has failed to replicate the same form since signing a two-year deal.
The 28-year-old told Silver FM; “I will never go back to Hearts of Oak, although I have been a fan of the club since my childhood”
“I felt excited to play for a club I’ve been supporting but if they ask for my service again, I will say a big no to them. Never will I play for Hearts of Oak again,” the player insisted.
However, he maintained having no regrets joining the Phobians.
“I don’t regret playing for them [Hearts], at least they gave me a chance to showcase my talent and the necessary exposure and experience, ” the midfielder added.
Emmanuel Mintah was among a few players shown the exit to make way for new players signed by the Ghanaian giants.
