This follows calls by Alhaji Karim Gruzah for potential investors to help manage the club after gaining promotion to the Ghana Premier league through Congress.

Osei Kuffuor’s arrival will mean a lot towards the fortunes of the Kumasi-based side which has seen financial challenges in recent times.

He joined Torino from King Faisal in 1991 before moving to build a name for himself in Germany, having won several titles with Bayern Munich, notably the UEFA Champions League.

Osei Kuffuor is capped 54 times for Ghana with his last appearance being at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
