“This is a final decision and is not subject to review. If you recall, Clause 7 of your employment contract set performance targets for you which included but not limited to the club reaching at least the group stages of the Champions League and the Confederations Cup competition which were set out particularly in sub-clause 18.104.22.168 and 7.1.5 respectively”.
It added that pursuant to clause 12, specifically sub-clauses 12.4 and 12.4.1, the club has terminated the appointment of the former AshantiGold trainer from his position as head coach of the side without any compensation and prior notice.
Following their elimination from CAF Confederations Cup, Kotoko has been in a battle with Kjetil Zachariasen who went AWOL after their 2-0 defeat to San Pedro in Ivory Coast.
