Work on Asante Kotoko’s Adako Jachie training ground facility is advanced, with the project nearing its completion stage.
However, former special assistant to Dr Kwame Kyei Nana Gyambibi Coker has told Ash FM that the seat of the Asantehene is not pleased with the project.
Despite the numerous commendation to the Nana Yaw Amponsah for the project, Nana Coker claims Manhyia prefers a permanent structure instead of the club’s temporary one.
“Manhyia is angry because the club is putting up a temporary structure instead of a lasting one,” he told Ash FM.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko continues preparations for the upcoming ghana premier league season.
The club announced former WAFA head coach Prosper Nartey Ogum as the club’s new head coach and followed with eight new signings in the current transfer window.
