President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Kurt Okraku has praised Ghanaian internationals Jordan Ayew and Mohammed Kudus following an impressive campaign.

The FA boss in an interview on Max TV hipped praises on Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew who was crowned the side’s best player for the 2019-2020 football season.

Ayew scored 9 times in the English premier league this season to become the highest-scoring Ghanaian player in premier league history with 25 goals.

According to Kurt, Jordan Ayew reminds him of the Dreams FC ‘Still believe’ slogan.

“I think he reminds me of my active days at Dreams FC where we have this slogan Still Belief, “

“He is a very good example of that slogan. He has come from a difficult period. Heavily challenged to deliver at that top level.

“Despite the challenges, he has delivered. Thankfully he had a manager who believed in him and he has justified that”, he told Max TV.

He went on to speak on new Ajax Amsterdam signing Mohammed Kudus who joined from Nordsjaelland in July 2020 after a remarkable season in the Danish top flight.

“I am not surprised with Kudus Mohammed’s move to Ajax Amsterdam”

“He made his debut for the Black Stars against South Africa at the Cape Coast Stadium and I was impressed. He has qualities as a good player and I am happy for him.

“I can only wish the best of luck because we need such players in our national team”, Kurt Okraku concluded.
