The player has been subject to numerous transfer reports linking him with a move to join the Porcupine Warriors.
Anim Addo speaking to the Graphics Sports indicated that though the player is yet to receive an offer from any Ghanaian club, he is ready to join Kotoko provided his demands are met.
“Kotoko have said they like him because he once stated that he’ll one day play for Kotoko, but for now no club has approached him with any offer”
“Gyan has had offers from Europe and Asia but if Kotoko can meet our terms, then why not?” Anim Addo quizzed.
Gyan was released by Indian top-flight side, North East United in January 2020 where he scored 4 times and provided 1 assist in 8 league appearances.
He has featured for a host of clubs across Europe including Sunderland, Udinese, Rennes, among others.
