The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) has dismissed a case brought forth by Tema Youth President Wilfred Osei Kwaku ‘Palmer’ against the Ghana Football Association.
Following several delays, the adjudicatory body on Wednesday released its ruling which sort to end the long-standing battle between the football administrator and the GFA.
Palmer petitioned CAS over suggestions that he was unfairly disqualified by the GFA/ NC Electoral body in the lead up to the GFA presidential election last year.
However, CAS has dismissed all petitions against GFA with Osei Palmer set to borne all arbitration cost.
