Ghana premier league giants Hearts of Oak has confirmed the exit of five players from the club ahead of the new football season.
The list includes talisman forward Joseph Esso, Christopher Bonney, Bernard Arthur and Abubakar Traore.
Joseph Esso has been a regular figure for the club in recent years but failed to agree on a new deal with the club following the expiration of his contract.
The club has announced in a statement.
“Hearts of Oak management has met players, Joseph Esso, Benjamin Agyare, Christopher Bonney, Bernard Arthur and Abubakar Traore and thanked them for their services as both sides opted not to extend their contracts.
“We wish them the very best of luck in their respective careers”.
