Former WBO Super Bantamweight boxer, Isaac Dogboe was on Thursday, 5th August 2020 involved in a war of words with two Volta Region based Journalists.
The unfortunate incident occurred following a post by the chairman of the Volta Chapter of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG), Eric Eli Adzie on why the boxer has failed to interact with the media in the region despite their continues support for the boxer.
Apparently, the tweet did not go down well with the Isaac Dogboe who responded with a ‘…No Tribalism BS on my TL….’
An attempt by 3-time GJA Volta Sports broadcaster of the Year, Tilda Acorlor to draw the attention of the boxer to his rather ‘sour’ response ended her with an ‘old woman’ tag.
Interestingly, these two Journalists are executives of the SWAG-Volta with the latter serving as secretary.
Isaac Dogboe last month returned to the ring with an 8th round knockout win over Chris Avalos in La Vegas, USA.
Press Sports Ghana will continue to follow-up on the incident and keep you updated.
Isaac Dogboe is an assshole to address his own people like that … who the fuck does he think he is ? Someone should advice him that ,the people you see going up ,you will see the same people when coming down .. he should humble himself and go up again … so he should shut the fuck up .
