Karela United are struggling in the current campaign winning just two of their twelve matches played so far.

The side appeared to have hit some form following the arrival of Diawisie Taylor but this was only for a short while as they lie 17th on the league table.

Asante Kotoko are winless against Karela in the premier league and will count on the return of Christopher Nettey who is back from suspension.

Habib Mohammed having earned a Black Stars call up will seek to prove his worth against a rather boogey opposition.

Long time absentee, Sogne Yacouba was given the nod by coach Maxwell Konado to travel with the side to Tarkwa.

Meanwhile, another game scheduled for Friday is Legon Cities who will come up against WAFA at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The visitors ran riot in their last game, winning 6-1 against Ashantigold while Cities recorded their seventh draw of the campaign.

Sitting just two points above the drop zone, Legon Cities will need to beat the Sogakope boys to end their flirting with relegation.

Karela, Kotoko game is scheduled for 3 PM while Cities will WAFA at 7 PM.
