Black Stars duo Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp were standout performers as 10-man Crystal Palace grab all three points against Bournemouth on Tuesday.

Following Mamadou Sahko’s 19th minute sending off for a tackle on Bournemouth’s Adam Smith, the Eagles finished the rest of the game with ten men in the Week 15 action.

Jeffrey Schlupp’s first-half introduction for Patrick Van Aanholt proved pivotal as the left-back scored the eventual match-winner for the Eagles.

The goal was his second in two successive games, having scored against Burnley on Saturday.

Meanwhile, fellow national team compatriot Jordan Ayew led the line for the home side with some fantastic performance.

The former Marseille and Lorient forward was unfortunate to score as he was adjudged Man-of-the-match (MoTM) gong.

The 24-year despite having to drop deep in a tactical play by manager, Roy Hodgson had a header flashed wide before having his shot blocked following a classic run into the Cherries box.

Both players will look to feature as they travel to face Watford in their next Premier League fixture at the Vicarage Road on Saturday.
