Former Asante Kotoko forward, Dauda Mohammed has tested positive for COVID-19, his club has announced.
The Ghana international is the latest player to have contracted coronavirus at Belgium side RSC Anderlecht after eight players were already placed under quarantine.
In a statement issued on Friday, the club confirmed the news and indicated that Dauda Mohammed will now be placed under 14-days self-isolation for medical attention.
Having impressed during his stay at Asante Kotoko, the young forward joined Anderlecht in 2017 before later spending loan stints at Vitesse and later Esbjerg FB.
Dauda has since rejoined the Belgium giants for the 2020-2021 European football season.
