GFA ELECTIONS: Presidential aspirants await Thursday results after undergoing vetting

All seven aspirants vying for the presidency of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) completed their vetting and awaiting results which will be released on Thursday, October 3rd, 2019.

The vetting process which begun on Friday, 27th September 2019 and ended on Saturday 28th saw four aspirants interviewed on day one with the other three interviewed the next day.

Kurt Okraku, Nana Yaw Amponsah, Amanda Clinton and George Ankomah Mensah faced the committee on Friday, whiles George Afriyie, Fred Pappoe, and Wilfred Osei Palmer were vetted on Saturday.

The Vetting Committee formed by the Normalisation Committee of the GFA is expected to release the results of the vetting as the wait continues for who replaces Kwesi Nyantakyi as president of the association.
