Emmanuel Nettey says his side are well prepared for Sunday’s Champions League group qualifying game against Wydad Athletic Club of Morocco.

The Phobians will look to secure a comfortable advantage in Accra ahead of the second leg in Morocco.

Speaking to Joy Sports, Nettey believes Hearts of Oak are ready and look forward to the game against the Moroccan giants.

“We have had some decent games. I believe they are friendly matches but if you compare the friendly matches and the champions league, there is a huge difference.”

“But with our training sessions, I believe we are well prepared for the game come Sunday.

“Those were friendlies, and this is the competition itself, so we know it will be all different. So we have the mentality and psyche all different’, he told George Addo Jr.

Meanwhile, earlier reports suggested that the Hearts of Oak midfielder will miss the game due to injury.

However, in an interview, Hearts of Oak PRO Opare Addo said that the club is optimistic about the midfielder’s availability for Sunday.
