Black Stars forward, Jordan Ayew scored for Crystal Palace as they defeated Manchester United 2-1 game in the English Premier League.
Ayew, who was an unused substitute in his side’s 1-0 defeat to Sheffield United last Sunday rewarded his manager’s confidence with a cool finish in the 32nd minute.
Has was assisted by Ghanaian teammate, Jeffrey Schlup for the opener.
Jordan was withdrawn with 15minutes on the clock as he was replaced by Christian Benteke.
With barely two minutes to end proceedings, Daniel James scored what seems to be a point-saving goal for the host but Crystal Palace had other plans.
Patrick Van Aanholt scored in additional time as the visitors defeated United 2-1.
Aside scoring the opener, Ayew was impressive for the visitors with some neat touches up front where he was deployed an arrowhead.
With this performance, the Ghanaian international looks likely to earn another starting role on Tuesday when they play Colchester in the football league cup.
