Asante Kotoko will look to return to winning ways when they host struggling King Faisal at the Len Clay Sports Stadium on Saturday.
The game is Kotoko’s first since their 1-0 loss to Hearts of Oak in the Super Clash that has seen them trailing the league top with three points.
Kotoko will be out for blood as the league leaders Hearts travel to play Ebusua Dwarfs away in cape coast. The host can’t afford to drop any more points if they need to close the gap on the leaders who face a dicey trip to the Central Region.

King Faisal, after a difficult seem to have turned a corner in the quest to escape relegation after going unbeaten in their last three games, beating Legon Cites and Great Olympics and earning a draw against Medeama on the road.
However, head to head stats between the two clubs suggests a close game with either side picking two wins and settling for the draw in their last five meetings in the Ghana premier league.
In some team news, Kotoko will be without three players Habib Mohammed, Christopher Nettey, and Patrick Asmah, who have been ruled out due to illness.
However, Razak Abalora looks set to return in post after missing out in the Super Clash.
