19-year old Nordsjaelland midfielder, Mohammed Kudus has expressed optimism after earning his first senior call-up ahead of Ghana’s double-header against South Africa and Sao Tomé and Principe.
The player who has already featured for Ghana at the U17 and U20 level has been impressive for his side, scoring four times in ten appearances so far this season.
The player told SN.dk “its good news but I also believe it’s just the beginning and now I need to work even harder”.
“I knew the national coach [Kwesi Appiah] has been here [FC Nordsjaelland] to visit so there was a chance it could happen.
“This is one of the biggest things that can happen, and it has come early. It’s a good step for me and just the beginning”.
The Right To Dream product joined the FC Nordsjaelland reserve side in January 2018 before making his senior debut seven months later.
