2019 Homowo Cup: Hearts, Olympics renew rivalry. Match preview, Time and TV Channel

Following a goalless stalemate last Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium, the city derby will be renewed once more as Hearts of Oak play Great Olympics in the second leg of the 2019 Homowo Cup.

The initial match failed to provide a winner after an entertaining game ended barren, amid countless goalscoring opportunities.

This afternoon’s match will provide coaches of both sides an opportunity to rearm their tactical machinery in a bid to win this year’s title.

Hearts of Oak will be without Mohammed Alhassan, Benjamin Afutu and Joseph Esso who are on international duty with the Black Stars B’ in Burkina Faso.

Olympics will count on Stephen Oddai to replicate his goalkeeping prowess last week after managing to keep the Phobians at bay with some good saves.

Ali Kadir, Roland Grippimann, Ezekiel Tetteh are expected to lead Olympics once again.

Hearts coach, Kim Grant looks likely to rotate his squad this afternoon as he continues to assess his team strength ahead of the new Ghana premier league campaign.

The match is scheduled for the Accra Sports Stadium and will kick start exactly at 3 PM.
